Focus is a network support & service suite designed to affordably bring enterprise class IT management to companies like yours.  We’ve invested heavily in the tools, technology, and personnel so that you don’t have to.  Through economies of scale, we are able to deliver premier IT management services at a lower total cost than doing it yourself.  Endsight offloads the headache of IT management so you can focus on your business.

Deployment & Migration

Network deployment and migration services are the flagship of our professional services suite. For companies building new network infrastructure or augmenting existing services, we offer experience, technical certifications, and proven deployment methodology.

We offer structured migration planning and execution with minimal user interruption. To accomplish this, we employ the Endsight Fulfillment Framework which begins with a complete requirements analysis and project planning. We follow this plan throughout the installation, rollout, and administrator training and guarantee our clients’ satisfaction with our premier maintenance and support offerings.

Project success starts with technical know-how and experience. Our hallmark is helping small, medium and enterprise businesses migrate from aging Novell and earlier Microsoft systems to today’s platforms, including Windows Server 2003, Microsoft Exchange 2003, SQL 2000, and web-enabled solutions such as Microsoft CRM and Project Server.

Hardware & Software

As a full-service networking partner, Endsight offers our clients not only professional deployment services, but hardware and software as well. Our Authorized vendor relationships allow us access to best-cost purchasing plans, often buying direct at reduced prices. Although network hardware and software have become commodity items, navigating through the maze of software licensing and hardware specifications can be daunting. Our team of network analysts and engineering sales professionals are trained to manage this aspect of the network lifecycle.

For our medium and enterprise clients we team with large account resellers to recommend Select and Enterprise Licensing programs. For our Government, Special Districts and Municipal clients we leverage State purchasing programs such as WCSA providing first-tier server hardware from HP at protected pricing.

Whether a large project or everyday purchasing, Endsight provides the experience, expertise, cost protection and satisfaction our clients expect for their hardware and software needs.

Retained Service Agreement (RSA)

Our Retained Service Agreement (RSA) is a retainer-based arrangement, offering professional services and support through a pre-paid managed program. This provides budget flexibility for large and small projects, post deployment support and emergency technical support.

We offer our RSA in several levels that include staged discounts off our standard rates. These plans are open ended with no expiration date, allowing our clients to plan and budget for projects and receive long term or as-needed support under one managed program.

Network Audit

Developing a strong relationship with our clients often begins with an in-depth analysis of the existing situation. To accomplish this, Endsight typically conducts a network audit. This assessment provides the baseline understanding of the network environment as well as the client specific, “hands-on” familiarity required to develop and propose plans for upcoming maintenance and projects.

A typical network audit includes a review the following:
  • The current LAN environment
  • WAN methodologies and remote access strategies
  • Messaging platforms, access and back up methodologies
  • Protocols used on the network and network addressing schema/strategy
  • Server profiles
  • Network services such as DHCP, WINS & DNS
  • Current network administration model, policies and procedures
  • Backup and disaster recovery strategies
  • Security policies and procedures
  • Switches, hubs & routers
  • Internet connectivity, including security configuration

A network audit results in a document deliverable outlining the following:

  • Summary review of the existing IT environment
  • Recommended maintenance regimen for existing equipment
  • Short and long term recommendations for changes to the IT environment
  • Software and engineering estimates necessary for related changes

Security Audit

Security encompasses multiple functional areas including internal and external access to resources, vulnerabilities associated with Internet threats and hacking, virus attacks, operating systems, business software, hardware appliances and disaster recovery. Each aspect must be reviewed with plans developed to address existing issues, while at the same time providing our clients’ an underlying approach to plan for and mitigate future security concerns.

At Endsight, we’ve created a structured, proven methodology to network vulnerability assessment. This phased approach includes discovery, data collection and analysis. It is designed to expose external and internal vulnerabilities as well as potential disaster recovery risks. This information is then re-analyzed and published, providing our clients with a robust baseline of existing vulnerabilities, a plan for remediation and effective starting point for continued monitoring and testing.
